DIMENSION DATA BUYS REMAINING OWNERSHIP IN CHERNIKEEFF NETWORKS

Network services provider Dimension Data is to use proceeds from its London Stock Exchange listing last month to buy the remaining shares in subsidiary Chernikeeff Networks and minority interests in fellow subsidiaries Com Tech Communications and GK Communications. Dimension Data paid 200 million pounds sterling for the remaining 50.01 percent of Chernikeeff ownership, adding to its original 49.99 percent share purchase made in April
