Can you talk a little about the predictive business concept and how you are planning to go about delivering this?
The concept is simple. In real time, we react to things faster. So, when a piece of news breaks, we react to it faster; when a piece of equipment breaks down, we fix it faster. What we are moving toward is watching for component failures or degradation of performance to predict system-wide failures.
