Smith Barney Inc., which recently completed a massive trading floor rollout at its new 390 Greenwich St. head- quarters (TST, June 12), has reorganized its communications services group. The personnel shift -- which was orchestrated by Smith Barney director of communications Bob Barsky -- has, among other things, seen the departure of Steven Listhaus, a key member of Smith Barney's six-person trading room project team. At the same time, the firm has redefined the way in which it pays its bills
