Telerate To Distribute Order-Matching System Under Proposed Agreement With Minex Corp.

Telerate Systems Inc. has signed a letter of intent to enter detailed discussions with Minex Corp. regarding an exclusive international sales and distribution pact for an order-matching system for foreign exchange trading. An agreement would likely provide Minex with a global marketing and sales force for its order-matching system; at the same time, an order-matching service could complement Telerate's Trading Service (TTS), its conversational trading system for foreign exchange.
