Deutsche Boerse Expands IT Play With Entory Buy

EXCHANGE TECHNOLOGIES

FRANKFURT--Deutsche Boerse is bucking the trend toward tighter IT spending by buying German IT solutions provider Entory, which currently does customization work for users of Deutsche Boerse Systems, the exchange’s IT arm.

The deal will make the new firm one of the biggest financial IT solutions providers in Germany and allow Deutsche Boerse to broaden its service offering to end users by offering both its systems and the custom development and installation services currently provided by Entory.
