Exchange Resources Deal Waits, As J.P. Morgan Eyes Alternatives

J.P. Morgan & Co. has issued a letter of intent to utilize disaster recovery systems provided by contingency trading facility vendor Exchange Resources Inc. In the meantime, Morgan is still actively considering systems from competing vendors Contingency Trading Facility Inc. and Comdisco Inc., as well as taking a long look at providing the back-up facility internally.
