CME Ramps Up for Eagle, OneChicago
EXCHANGE TECHNOLOGIES
CHICAGO--The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) has just completed a large technology upgrade affecting trading on its Globex platform and on the new OneChicago single-stock futures platform.
Central to the upgrade is the Sept. 30 opening of CME's new remote data center (RDC), which, from an undisclosed location, will serve as the primary electronic trading site for CME, with the server farm at its headquarters on Wacker Drive serving as the backup site.
The RDC will support the new Eagle
