Confirming widespread industry rumors, Reuters Holdings PLC last week announced the postponement of the launch of Dealing 2000-2, its order-matching system for the interbank foreign exchange market. The launch will be postponed by at least six months in order to "introduce additional operational safeguards and make other enhancements," the company says.
