Euronext to Help Firms Flip the Switch
EXCHANGE TECHNOLOGIES
LONDON—Euronext.Liffe is set to subsidize firms as they shift away from the Switch trading front end for Euronext Amsterdam.
The payments will benefit independent software vendors (ISVs) who contract with firms moving to the Liffe Connect platform, officials tell DWT. Switch is expected to be retired by Nov. 29. The subsidies have been instigated to "make sure that no clients of the exchange are disadvantaged by the move," says Simon Chapman, program director for Euronext.Liffe.
