TenFold Agrees To Acquire The Longview Group

Salt Lake City--TenFold Corporation, a Utah-based developer of transaction processing solutions for the mid and back office, announced on October 5 that it will purchase the Longview Group, a supplier of trade order management tools for buy-side institutions. An agreement has been signed that calls for TenFold to purchase 100% of Longview's stock.
