ABN Amro NY Begins Move Into New Floor

NEW YORK--ABN Amro New York has begun moving into a new equities trading floor in Manhattan at 1290 Sixth Ave.(Avenue of the Americas) that, although based upon The Information Bus (TIB) from Tibco, strays markedly from an IT blueprint that guided the development of ABN Amro’s London and Amsterdam trading rooms, say industry sources.
The move to the tenth floor at 1290 Sixth Ave., has been labelled internally as an "expansion", allowing the New York branch to be able to sidestep the adherence to
