ISE Readies Gemini, Virgo Tech Projects

NEW YORK--The International Securities Exchange (ISE), an all-electronic options market, is preparing two major technology upgrades for its participants, named Gemini and Virgo.

Gemini, set to launch July 1, incorporates an upgrade of the OM Click Exchange software--which provides ISE’s core matching service--from version 16.5 to 17.1, says Paul Bennett, senior vice president of market operations at the ISE. It includes a new Click Trader workstation and an upgraded API that gives FIX and CMS
