Dec In Talks With Sequor On Future Of Pricewatch

SPC Software Services Inc., New York-based unit of Security Pacific Corp.'s newly-organized Sequor Group, wants to find a new home for PriceWatch, its suite of data distribution and display management software. Sequor will no longer market PriceWatch and wants to pull out from maintenance and support of the product.
SPC is talking with Digital Equipment Corp., hoping to persuade DEC to take over support, maintenance, sales and marketing of PriceWatch, but so far nothing has been resolved
