Micrognosis Inc. has restacked its organizational chart, removing digital systems development head Wayne Ginion and European and North American sales chief Angelo Lucente. The changes, which were implemented over the past two weeks, follow a difficult three months for the vendor: Revenues for its newly acquired FD Consulting Inc. digital system product line failed to cover costs by a wide margin, sources close to the vendor say.
