Developer Sued By Ex-Employer Teknekron Over Stock Buyback

Former Teknekron Software Systems Inc. employee Stefan Sharkansky is being sued by his former employer as a result of a disagreement over a Teknekron stock-buyback plan. Teknekron says Sharkansky was obligated by contract to sell his small stake in Teknekron back to the vendor at the time of his resignation; Sharkansky has refused, claiming the price he was offered was not indicative of the stock's real value.
The dispute -- which is about to enter arbitration -- centers around Sharkansky's 8,000
