RMJ Trading System Gets Citibank Nod Of Approval

Of the 20 participants in RMJ's controversial Over-the-Counter Options Trading System, only Citibank has been moved to write a letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission in response to the agency's September request for comment on the system and its clearing house, called Delta Government Options Corp. In its two-page letter, the bank succinctly outlines its support for Delta, for operating RMJ as a non-exchange and for proprietary trading systems in general.
