CITI Evaluates Next/Aderson For Commercial Paper System

After coming within a "hair's breadth" of signing with Bloomberg L.P., officials at Citicorp's 28-position money markets desk in New York is now eying a NeXT Computer Inc. workstation-based system built by Anderson Financial Systems Inc., a Lansdale, Penn., software and consulting firm. The system will be used to support trading, sales and underwriting of commercial paper, certificates of deposit, bankers' acceptances and loan participation notes.
