Shanghai Stock Exchange to Use Xetra
EXCHANGE TECHNOLOGIES
SHANGHAI—The Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) is employing systems integrator Accenture and the Deutsche Börse's Xetra software to build a new electronic transaction platform.
Dubbed the New Generation Trading System (NGTS), the new platform will be based on a version of Xetra trading system adapted for the Chinese market. The NGTS will replace the exchange's internally developed system.
SSE officials did not respond to inquiries for further information by press time.
