Sources: ING, IBM in Outsourcing Talks

ATLANTA--Dutch financial giant ING has decided to outsource the infrastructure services provided by its U.S. Financial Services (USFS) IT unit and IBM is the front-runner, according to an industry source and an internal memo obtained by TTW.

"Something is being worked on [with IBM] and an announcement could come in December," says a source close to the negotiations. IBM officials decline comment.
