Sources say that Lehman Brothers in London is in the process of abandoning its Micrognosis video switch for Reuters' Triarch 2000 digital data distribution system. The firm has had about Triarch 2000 positions in place for some time and now intends to add another 120 by the end of the year.
In the wake of Steve Daffron's departure, the New York Mercantile Exchange has hired Wayne Fialo as vice president of information services. Fialo was previously data processing director at John Hancock
