Electronic trading solutions provider GL Trade has made a string of acquisitions over the last few years, including Ubitrade (DWT, Dec. 6, 2004), Davidge Data Systems (DWT, Oct. 25, 2004), Iris Group (DWT, June 14, 2004) and Misys Securities Trading Systems (Trading Technology Week, Nov. 10, 2003). Vincent Burzynski, the head of GL Trade's Products Division, recently spoke to DWT European reporter Jean-Paul Carbonnier about the challenges of integrating the acquired companies and offerings.
