LCH Systems to Get Makeover

LONDON--LCH.Clearnet, the hybrid that will result from the London Clearing House (LCH) and Clearnet merger, is embarking upon a major shake-up of the LCH’s clearing technology, officials say.
Over the next three to four years, the LCH and Clearnet, a European central counterparty (CCP), will integrate their organizations and systems, including the rationalization of duplicate technology investments currently amounting to €23 million, officials say.
