Sun Sets On Aurora As CBOT, CME Agree To Use Globex For After-Hours Trading

Reuters Holdings PLC and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange have won the civil war of electronic after-hours trading systems. The Chicago Board of Trade has elected to use the Globex network and electronic order-matching system, leaving its Aurora pit-simulation system in an undefined secondary role.
