Vendor Sales Of Drexel Systems Cleared By Bankruptcy Court

After signing more than 20 licensing agreements for home- grown systems and data on its own, Drexel Burnham Lambert Inc. has obtained legal clearance to license a broad array of systems and data to third-party vendors. The court order, which permits the vendors and Drexel to share the profits made on sales of the systems and data, was signed by a federal bankruptcy judge in New York last month.

The order specifies five vendors that will market Drexel's systems and data: George Davidsohn & Son Inc
