MORGAN STANLEY CONFIRMS MOVE
Morgan Stanley announced a preliminary agreement with Chevrontexaco to purchase the former Texaco headquarters in Westchester County, N.Y. The 725,000 square-foot building rests on 107 acres. The firm said it expects the vast majority of its 14,000 New York City-based employees would remain in the city.
