Smarts Expands Into Europe, Offers Incharge Network Monitoring System

LONDON--System Management Arts (Smarts) is expanding into Europe, offering to help financial institutions pinpoint and resolve the root of network problems using its real-time automated network management system, Incharge.

Smarts has opened an office outside London and hired Dave Inman as vice president for Europe. Inman was previously responsible for all sales and marketing activities at the independent services company, IT Counsel.

His chief focus thus far has been in building the team and
