ABN Amro Builds New Floor In Amsterdam HQ As Consolidation In London Continues For 1,200 Positions

LONDON--As ABN Amro continues building its 1,200 capacity trading floor in Spitalfields in London, its Amsterdam headquarters is also working, in parallel, on its own new building. The Amsterdam room will have a capacity for 800 trader positions.
Sources close to and inside the bank say that Tibco's The Information Bus (TIB) digital data distribution system and its Marketsheet for Windows (MSW) display application will be installed on Microsoft Windows NT PC workstations across the Amsterdam
