LONDON--Few exchanges are leveraging their technology investments, according to a survey of exchanges worldwide to be published next month by London-based financial IT consultancy Trading Technology.
But those that do are cornering a market expected to grow as more exchanges, under pressure to cut costs and project life cycles, look to buy vendor solutions rather than develop their own systems.
