MERCATOR REJECTS TAKEOVER BID BYSSH
Mercator Software officials last week said the company unanimously rejected the March 31, 2003, "unsolicited hostile, un-financed and highly conditional proposal" from Strategic Software Holdings (SSH) to acquire Mercator’s outstanding shares for $2.17 per share in cash, valued at $74 million.
