Tullett & Tokyo Forex International Co. is upgrading its information systems on a worldwide basis to give its brokers access to digital data services and microcomputer-based analytic applications. Tullett & Tokyo is a London-based interdealer broker in foreign exchange, money markets and, more recently, government bonds.
