As part of what one Reuters official calls an "overall programme of infrastructure renewal," Reuters has quietly been developing its so-called Project Redux--a new Internet-oriented distribution platform for its proprietary and third-party historical and fundamental data and analytics. Project Redux--which will expand the offerings of third-party contributors to Reuters' High Performance Shared Network (HPSN)--is currently being developed at Reuters' Palo Alto, Calif.-based Teknekron Software
