Stephen Levkoff, the developer of Reuters' Decision 2000 bond data and analytics service, is back in the business of building analytics systems. Levkoff, who ended a rancorous dispute over the future of Decision 2000 by selling his company, Capital Market Decisions Inc. to Reuters, has established a new company and is developing a single security and portfolio analytics and risk management system that will incorporate all asset classes across all currencies.
