As IMD was put to bed, news emerged that ADP has consolidated the Brokerage Processing Services (BPS) and Financial Information Services (FIS) units of its Brokerage Information Services Group. The new entity -- dubbed the Information and Processing Services division -- will be headed up by Ralph Koehrer, former president of FIS.
