Credit Suisse Asset Management is automating its corporate actions processes with software from New York-based vendor Xcitek.
CSAM's New York business will go live in January with the XSP, eTran and ISO 15022 Messaging modules as part of a five-year deal.
Full terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The firm is implementing the software in New York only, but it will be able to provide global corporate actions processing services to internal and client fund managers in other regions, says Brendan
