The connectivity issue started around the 10 a.m. local time opening surge, says Paul Arber, CTO of NSX. "The client, who normally has 40 or more sessions with us, saw 15 to 20 of them drop at the same time," he adds.
"That's when our monitors went red," Arber says. "We were in contact with the client, who also recognized this issue."
