GOLDMAN SACHS, CITADEL TAKE DIRECT EDGE STAKE
The Goldman Sachs Group has purchased a minority position in alternative trading system (ATS) Direct Edge ECN, owned by Knight Capital Group, Knight officials announced last week. In addition, Citadel Derivatives Group, an existing investor in the ATS, has increased its minority ownership interest in Direct Edge.
