Siebel Reveals Janna's New Look

The new Siebel 7 is the first product to incorporate technology from Siebel's capital markets CRM acquisition.

Siebel Systems acquired pesky niche player Janna Systems more than a year ago to bolster its customer relationship management (CRM) offerings in the financial services marketplace. Now, a new product called Siebel 7 draws many influences from the smaller CRM vendor that had a history of beating larger competitors for capital markets clients such as Goldman
