Global investment operations provider BNP Paribas Security Services is reaping the benefits of its newly formed post-trade processing system. The unit, a subsidiary of French banking giant BNP Paribas Group, has used technology vendor CheckFree to complete a phased installation of a global straight-through processing (STP) hub to provide middle- and back-office services to its buy-side clients. The result: Trading through BNP has shot through the roof across all asset classes.
