FCA Fines Deutsche Bank for Extensive Reporting Errors

According to the FCA, Deutsche did not properly report equity swap contract-for-difference (CFD) transactions between November 2007 and April 2013. The firm, which is the sixth-largest bank in the world according to Accuity's rankings, continued to file erroneous reports despite a "private warning" issued on June 3, 2010 in relation to similar circumstances, the regulator said in its Final Notice.
