Sell-Side Technology Awards 2014 Now Open for Entries

The 2014 awards will be held in New York City on April 15, 2014.

Following on from the success of the inaugural program last year, the Sell-Side Technology Awards are designed to recognize excellence in the third-party vendor sector offering technology products and services to the sell side.

The awards, which are free to enter, operate on a call-for-entries basis, where technology firms nominate their products or services across 22 categories that span the breadth of technology across the sell side.

The awards website, found here, offers further information about the entry process and the categories on offer. Please note that the awards are only open to third-party vendors; technology firms owned by exchanges; and vendor firms owned by banks, but which operate as independent entities that supply technology to a range of sell-side firms. Regrettably, banks (including securities services divisions), administrators, broker-dealers and buy-side firms are not eligible for entry, and are encouraged to enter the Buy-Side Technology Awards and the American Financial Technology Awards, held later this year.

The entry system, which is web-based, can be found here.

Inquiries about the awards should be directed to Victor Anderson, editor-in-chief of Waters. The call-for-entries process will finish at 18.00 EST on February 21. The awards will be held in New York City on April 15.
