Citicom Solutions has unveiled Citicom Assure, which captures, stores and analyzes all internal data and flags unusual activity, keywords and inappropriate terms and emotional sentiment.
In order to help banks remain compliant with new Dodd-Frank record-keeping requirements, Assure captures, stores and can analyze and send alerts out for both mobile- and fixed-voice recordings, instant messages, emails and text messages.
