Reuters Sells Bridge Trading to Instinet

VENDOR UPDATE

NEW YORK—Reuters reached an agreement with Instinet Group last week to sell Reuters’ Bridge Trading subsidiary for $21.5 million in Instinet shares.

The deal, which is still subject to approval by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and due diligence, is expected to close in approximately two months.
