Orc Software to Debut Revamped Broker Network

LONDON--Swedish vendor Orc Software is launching a revamped order-routing network that will offer direct market access to equity and derivative exchanges for firms that are not members of these exchanges.
Orc can offer these links by capitalizing on its installed client base of firms that are exchange members.
The new network, dubbed Orc ExNet and offering access to as many as 70 exchanges, is slated to debut this week with the quarterly upgrade of Orc’s software to version 3.4, officials say.
