GL Trade Plans Improved Client Service

LONDON--GL Trade, a provider of exchange connectivity, is installing an Alcatel call management system at its UK and Northern Europe help desk to improve its customer service and support.

Malcolm Donaldson, GL Trade's regional managing director, says there have been some support problems because "every installation has been bespoke," and he points out the complexity of the multiple connections and the close integration with the clients' own systems.
