Front Explores Linux Versions
VENDOR UPDATE
LONDON--Swedish financial technology firm Front Capital Systems says it has made a significant investment in a Linux version of its trading and risk management product, Front Arena, but will not be making it available to users in a spring product release.
Recently appointed head of global operations Stephen Butcher (TTW, June 3) says that Front has had a Linux version of Arena for six months, and has tested the system with IBM. However, Butcher says the Linux version has not been released
