Coulter Promoted to Javelin President, COO

NEW YORK—Javelin Technologies has tapped John Coulter as president and chief operating officer. Coulter, who joined the trading systems vendor in 1999, opened and ran Javelin’s San Francisco office.

George Kledaras will remain CEO and chairman, but Coulter will assume the day-to-day management of the company.

“This is a sign of growth for us,” says Kledaras. “We’re opening up offices all over the world, and we have over 200 clients now. John is the right man to move us forward.”
