Crosslinks Execs Head to Exigen

NEW YORK--Three executives from software and systems consultant Crosslinks Systems are joining San Francisco-based business process solutions company Exigen Group to form a capital-markets practice, officials said last week.

Outgoing Crosslinks CEO and president Dirk Manelski, managing director of technology strategy Gray Lorig, and chief information officer (CIO) David Winig were finalizing contracts to join Exigen’s New York office last week, says Manelski, who will head Exigen’s capital
