At BNP Paribas, which she joined in 2006, Foster contributed in building the Global Execution Services (GES) product line in Europe. Previously, she had worked as a sales trader, initially at Paribas and then at ING Barings and Macquarie, where she was divisional director for Pan-Asian sales trading for Europe.
