Eurex: CBOT, CME Violated Antitrust Law

WASHINGTON, D.C.--It became clear last week that the war between Eurex, representing an all-electronic approach to futures trading, and the incumbent Chicago futures exchanges, representing hybrid outcry-electronic trading, will be fought out in court rooms and among the regulators.
