Systems integrator Programit -- a.k.a. PI Systems Ltd. -- has turned up under the auspices and in the offices of Cantor Fitzgerald Securities Corp. It's unclear whether Cantor bought PI/Programit or simply hired up all its staff. PI/Programit chairman Marshall Caro is now director of information technology at Cantor. No one at Cantor would comment.
